The falconry Tinnunculus on the King’s Seat is a popular destination, especially for families.
At the age of eight, Uwe Jakob was one of the youngest falconers in Germany and flew his tame kestrel, Tinnunculus, freely around the house. The hobby became a profession and culminated in 2002 with the opening of his own falconry in Heidelberg on the Königstuhl. He named this falconry after his first own falcon: Tinnunculus!
Visit the falconry and experience the fascination of birds of prey, falcons and owls up close!
