The Ploeck

Only a few meters parallel to the main street and the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage runs the Plöck. Numerous signs recall former famous residents such as Hegel, Kussmaul, Bunsen or Jaspers. On the ground floors of the densely packed houses, there are small specialty stores, which are located door to door, so to speak. The atmosphere here is familiar and you are often advised by the store owner himself or by friendly, competent employees. The range of products on offer is varied and interesting - and anyone who goes on a voyage of discovery here away from the main street will discover many an unusual gift idea.

Under Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, as an opening of Plöck to Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage, an underground car park offers additional parking in a central location. Twice a week (Thursday evening and Friday morning) a weekly market takes place here.
