QueerTour Heidelberg – Heidelberg and its homosexual history (10230)

Join us for a walking tour in the Old Town through the “Rainbow City Heidelberg” (since September 2020 Heidelberg is a member of the “Rainbow Cities”) with the focus on “Heidelberg and homosexual history”. Get to know the most important sights of Heidelberg from the point of view of queer life, but also visit lesser-known places in the city that have a special connection to queer culture. The tour meant to remind one to contemplate and to remember those, who have been forgotten. Additionally, it shows you how colorful, vigorous and encouraging queer life in Heidelberg is.

The tour is bookable Friday – Sunday, currently only in German.<br />Duration approx. 2 hours. Meeting point: Karlsplatz (Sebastian-Münster-Brunnen).
